Mr Patrick Koh Hwee Meng

Mr. Koh Hwee Meng Patrick is the Executive Chairman of QXY Resources. In his new role, Mr. Koh focuses on providing strategic counsel and guidance to the management team, supporting the long-term development and direction of the Group. This marks a transition from his former operational leadership as Managing Director to a more strategic role, where he continues to shape the company’s future by drawing on his deep industry knowledge and decades of experience.

Mr. Koh co-founded QXY Resources with Ms. Elyn Tan in May 2004 and served as its Managing Director until 2025. Under his leadership, QXY grew from a modest setup into an award-winning Urban Renewal Specialist and main contractor with approximately 100 employees. His relentless commitment to quality, innovation, and people development laid the foundation for QXY’s strong reputation and capabilities in Singapore’s built environment sector.

An entrepreneur with almost 40 years of experience in the construction industry, Mr. Koh began his career in 1979 at the Housing and Development Board of Singapore. Over the years, he held key positions in various construction and contracting firms, including NT Tham & Associate, Contech Construction, Tong Hup Seng Construction, Hok Mee Construction, Kansai Paint (S) Pte Ltd, and PKS Contracts Services Pte Ltd, where he honed his expertise in contract management, project tendering, and operational excellence.

Mr. Koh holds a Technician Diploma in Building from Singapore Polytechnic (1976), a Professional Diploma in Construction from the Singapore Institute of Building (1986), and a Master of Science in Construction Project Management from Heriot-Watt University (2012). He also earned a Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity from BCA Academy in 2016. In recognition of his entrepreneurial achievements, Mr. Koh was awarded the Teochew Entrepreneur Award, Prestige Category, in 2016.

Ms LYNN KOH, CFA 

CEO

Ms Lynn Koh is the Chief Executive Officer of QXY Resources, where she leads the company’s transformation into an urban renewal specialist within the built environment sector, focused on sustainability, productivity, and long-term value creation.

With a background spanning leading institutions including PricewaterhouseCoopers, the Monetary Authority of Singapore, and Ernst & Young, Lynn brings strong capabilities in strategy, systems, and financial discipline. Since joining QXY in 2012, she has played a key role in strengthening the company’s financial and operational foundations before taking on the role of Chief Executive Officer.

Today, Lynn is focused on strengthening execution capabilities and sharpening organisational performance, positioning QXY for its next phase of growth. Under her leadership, the company continues to strengthen its position as a multi-disciplinary contractor, with capabilities spanning addition and alteration works, interior fit-out, new build developments, and M&E services. Building on its strong track record in live environment projects, QXY continues to advance its sustainability efforts while progressively enhancing its use of technology to improve productivity and project delivery.

Beyond the organisation, Lynn is actively involved in shaping the built environment sector. She has served as a Council Member of the Singapore Contractors Association Limited (SCAL) since 2025 and is engaged with Unlocking ADHD (UA) in supporting greater awareness and advocacy. Through these roles, she contributes to industry development and broader community impact.

Lynn believes in building teams that are “Stronger Together, Winning Together,” with a focus on accountability, continuous learning, and delivering excellence in every project. She remains committed to growing QXY through innovation, strategic partnerships, and a forward-looking vision for the built environment.

Lynn holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (First Class Honours) from Nanyang Technological University and is a CFA Charterholder.
